ISO 50001:2011 CERTIFICATION

ISO 50001:2011 identifies the requirements for establishing, implementing, maintaining and improving an energy management system, whose aim is to enable an organization to follow a systematic approach in achieving energy performance, including energy efficiency, energy use, and consumption on a continuous basis. The primary aim of the standard is to help organizations reduce their energy use such that the energy costs and their greenhouse gas emissions is reduced on a continuous basis

ISO 50001:2011 Specifications :
  • Measurement, documentation and reporting, design and acquisition practices for equipment, systems, processes and personnel that contribute to energy performance .
  • Monitor all variables affecting energy performance.

ISO 50001:2011 is applicable to any organization wishing to ensure that it conforms to its stated energy policy and wishing to demonstrate this to others, such conformity being confirmed either by means of self-evaluation and self-declaration of conformity, or by certification of the energy management system by an external organization.

ISO 13485:2016 Medical devices - Quality management systems - Requirements for regulatory purposes

ISO 13485:2016 specifies requirements for a quality management system where an organization needs to demonstrate its ability to provide medical devices and related services that consistently meet customer and applicable regulatory requirements. Such organizations can be involved in one or more stages of the life-cycle, including design and development, production, storage and distribution, installation, or servicing of a medical device and design and development or provision of associated activities (e.g. technical support).

ISO 13485:2016 Specifications :

ISO 13485:2016 can also be used by suppliers or external parties that provide product, including quality management system-related services to such organizations.

Requirements of ISO 13485:2016 are applicable to organizations regardless of their size and regardless of their type except where explicitly stated. Wherever requirements are specified as applying to medical devices, the requirements apply equally to associated services as supplied by the organization.

The processes required by ISO 13485:2016 that are applicable to the organization, but are not performed by the organization, are the responsibility of the organization and are accounted for in the organization’s quality management system by monitoring, maintaining, and controlling the processes.

ISO 29990:2010

ISO 29990 specifies basic requirements for providers of learning services in non-formal education and training. ISO 29990 is a quality management system especially applicable for LSPs. It promotes the design of suitable services & evaluation of learning results.

The aim of ISO 29990 is to provide a generic model for quality professional practice and performance for learning service providers (LSPs) in the development and delivery of education, training.

The standard follows a process-based structure to ensure its implementation leads to continual improvement. The standard’s ultimate aim is assuring the implementation of high-quality tutorial programmes and processes.

ISO 20000-1:2018 Certificate

ISO/IEC 20000, the international standard for service management, is the first formal worldwide standard, specifically aimed at Information Technology Service Management industries. ISO/IEC 20000 is likely to become a basic business requirement, in the same way as ISO 9001

ISO/IEC 20000-1:2011 can be used by:

An organization seeking services from service providers and requiring assurance that their service requirements will be fulfilled.

An organization that requires a consistent approach by all its service providers, including those in a supply chain.

A service provider that intends to demonstrate its capability for the design, transition, delivery and improvement of services that fulfil service requirements.

A service provider to monitor, measure and review its service management processes and services.

A service provider to improve the design, transition, delivery and improvement of services through the effective implementation and operation of the SMS.

An assessor or auditor as the criteria for a conformity assessment of a service provider’s SMS to the requirements in ISO/IEC 20000-1:2011.
